Ever Have One of Those Days?

~~~
You know,
those days
when everything
seems to go wrong.
~~~
And you wish
that you could just
stay in bed
or
underneath the bed?
~~~
Little Bear has.
~~~
Don't worry, Little Bear.
Tomorrow is another day.
Perhaps some tea and biscuits?

  2. Poor Little Bear. I have had those days before and I hope that Little Bear has a better day tomorrow.

    I love to see bedskirts on beds. When I was a child I had a Golden Book titled, A Child's Garden of Verses illustrated by Eloise Wilkin and there were other Golden Books that she also illustrated. The thing I remember about them is how sweet the children looked, and also how all of the beds pictured had dust ruffles or bed skirts as we call them today...and the beautiful hard wood floors. I can remember thinking that when I grew up and had my own home I would have bed skirts on all of my beds...and I have! :-)

    Also...found a link for you about Miss Frances and Ding Dong School.

    1. Dianna, today was better. I didn't have a bed skirt on my bed growing up but I do now. :-)

      Thank you for the link. That's some crazy stuff!

We all have our “good old days” tucked away inside our hearts, and we return to them in dreams like cats to favorite armchairs. ~ B. Carter
