Using my crockpot, I cooked meatballs, tomato sauce, garlic, and herbs on high for two hours and then on low for a little more than two hours. I sliced a large zucchini (not monstrous but still a good size) into about 1/4-1/2 inch slices and added them to the crockpot. I turned the heat up on high for about fifteen minutes, checked to see if they were tender, and then added mozzarella cheese on top of everything. The cheese melted in about five minutes and then it was ready to serve and eat. LOVE it! Simple and Delicious!
