Not entirely from the garden... the chicken I bought at the market. The vegetables though came straight from the garden. And they were delicious.
The chicken legs were slathered with bbq sauce and baked at 350 degrees for about 40 minutes. While the chicken was baking, I thinly sliced the zucchinis and peppers, added a little olive oil, and then seasoned with salt, pepper, and a bit of garlic powder. I roasted them at 350 degrees for about 25 minutes until they were tender. Everything was so delicious!
