Two Thumbs up for BritBox

It has been over a month since we unplugged from cable/satellite dish television and I haven't missed it at all. No regrets!

I mentioned in a previous post that I signed up for BritBox. Britbox is a monthly subscription streaming service with a wide variety of British television shows. It is less than $6 a month and it is worth every penny and more!

I am really enjoying watching my "stories", especially the mystery/dramas. Scott & Bailey ~ a drama about two women police detectives ~ is one of my favorites so far. Sadly, there are no more seasons or plans for a sixth season.  I also enjoyed From Darkness season 1 ~ only 4 episodes in this season.  Too short!

I's not sure what to watch next. Any suggestions?

What shows are you enjoying lately?

  2. Hi Gina~

I love British television, and yes, I wish that some of the shows had more seasons. I will have to check out, Scott and Bailey, I love a good mystery. None of my children have cable, they love being free from television! I need to make that jump...you may have convinced me!

    Hugs and love,

  5. I love all things British. I have many dads of my favorite shows, Are you Being Served, As Time Goes By, Good Neighbors and To the Manor Born. The Vicar of Dibley is another favorite. We love Morse and Inspector Lewis mysteries. I may have to look into Brit Box...
