I have jumped on the Weight Watchers Online Plus bandwagon. Some friends of mine have been following the online program and have been very successful losing weight. I don't need to lose a large amount of weight but I'd love to lose 10-15 lbs. I think most importantly I need to be accountable for the food I eat. I like the WW method of counting food points and having a certain X amount a day. If my exercise activities (fit points) add up, then I get to use those as additional food points.
For my height and weight, I am allowed 30 Smart Points (food points) a day. 30 Smart Points doesn't sound like a lot but I'm learning to make smarter choices. Most fruits and vegetables are 0 Smart Points. I've been eating a lot of salads and apples. I allow myself a tiny piece of chocolate a day. (I consider this medicinal!)
My husband's company is having a fancy Christmas party in early December. I'm hoping to reach my goal by then. And buy a new dress. ♥
