This morning I stepped on the scale. I weighed 1.5 lbs less than last week. I'll take that as a WIN considering I was a bit of a piggy over the weekend.
We hosted a dinner and board game night with friends Saturday night. For starters, I made a cream cheese chili appetizer. It was a big hit. For the main course, I made chicken enchiladas, pinto beans, and guacamole with chips. Dessert was a rich double chocolate brownie served warm topped with vanilla ice cream. It was all delicious! I ate way too much Saturday night.
I ate a little better on Sunday ~ smaller portions! I wasn't terribly hungry still I managed to savor a brownie with ice cream.
Today, I'm back on the wagon. I'm counting my WW points and hoping to be 2 lbs lighter next Monday morning.
