One Little Two Little Three Little Pumpkins...

Life with a new puppy is wonderful and hectic!  I am loving it!

My gentlework is not the priority at the moment.  Puppy days are fleeting and I want to enjoy every moment.  Little by little, I am getting my Halloween cards done.

I am really happy with how this card came out. I used different designer papers, two different punches, washi tape, and lots of fussy cutting (with scissors).

I used the cat punch and a tag punch. Love my punches. (Punches are like hole punches but they make a particular shape.)

The first photograph is the front of the card. I fussy cut the pumpkins and used washi tape for the steps. The second photograph is the inside of the card. I've yet to add a sentiment inside.

This particular card will be sent to a precious little boy in Maine who is suffering from a rare brain cancer. I first found out about this on a crafting FB page. There are also a couple of articles online about him. You can read about Brock here. The article includes his postal address if anyone would like to send him a Halloween card. Please add him to your prayer list. God bless him.

    1. Thank you, Jann. I am liking how the washi tape steps turned out. Initially, I used craft paper and it just didn't look right.

I better stay away from the craft stores...I would be very tempted by those punches! heehee! I cut out tiny Christmas trees and gingerbread men yesterday that only resemble what they are supposed to be! hahaha! Hugs!

    1. Wow, Diane. Cutting them freehand is tough. Love my punches!
