Pumpkin Spice and Everything Nice or Not

My autumn decor has sporadic touches of halloween here and there.   So there is pumpkin spice and everything nice and some tricks and treats.

This wood pumpkin spice sign sits on my coffee bar area along with a glass pumpkin filled with different Keurig cups. We usually make our coffee using the tea kettle and French press. The Keurig and K-cups are mostly for when friends and family visit.

In the entryway, you will pass by this bench and shelf.  Bird houses, candlesticks, autumn leaves, a skeleton mouse, and a pumpkin teapot sit upon the shelf.

I made this fluffy garland using strips of halloween fabric and a string of LED lights. It took a really long time to make but I am very happy with it. The photograph doesn't do it justice.

I love this cute Happy Halloween pillow that I added to the bench. I had my Boyd bears all dressed for the occasion sitting on the bench as well but Lilah Rose kept jumping up and dragging them off.  I had to put them away for now.

I'll post more decor soon. Tomorrow, I want to share something really really adorable that I made today and I think you'll love them! ♥

  1. Hi Gina!

Love this decor as well, especially the garland, I'll bet it took a long time to make, but well worth the effort, it's so cute! I love pumpkin spice anything, and your decorations sure do make me think of everything nice! Silly little, Lilah carrying off the bears...gotta love them!

    Hugs and Love,

    1. Barb, I think cutting the strips took most of the time. I hope to make some Christmas ones if I get the chance. Little Lilah Rose is a rascal! xo

    1. Thank you, Kim. I can't take credit for the idea. I had seen it somewhere online and watched a youtube video about making them.

    1. I'm so glad, Chrissy. The LED lights are battery operated (I think either hearing aid or watch battery).

  6. Your home is looking so pretty in Fall decor, Gina. I love that pumpkin teapot. Lilah Rose must love your bear! It's a good thing that she can't reach the pretty garland that you made.

    1. Kitty, oh dear if she could reach the garland. I think she'd chew it up in no time. She is teething and I will be glad when she's done with that. ♥

  7. I love your charming fall decor, Gina! The garland is wonderful! It made me laugh to hear that Lila Rose was dragging your cute stuffed animals off. My little Kai does the same thing. I lost my favorite vintage Easter bunny to him and the more I chased him, the faster he ran with it, thinking it was such a fun game. Haha! xo Karen

    1. Karen, thank you! It is hard to be made at Lilah Rose when she is naughty. She does think its all a game. :-)

    1. Connie, I lost count of how many strips it took but it was a lot of them. xo
