I thought I had pictures of more Thanksgiving cards but I was mistaken. I'll take pictures tomorrow to share.

Instead, I thought I'd share a picture that I took in our backyard. Autumn is in full splendor! As the temperatures continue to drop, I am drawn to sit around the fire pit. So nice and toasty!

  2. Hi Gina!

What gorgeous colors!! Our leaves are all raked up and done for the summer, trees are bare! So glad you are getting a chance to enjoy all of the beautiful colors of the seasons! Your photo is so pretty.

    1. Thank you, Barb. Unfortunately, we still have lots of leaves to rake. They are beautiful thought.

    1. Karen, the back porch, brick patio, and the woods are my favorite places in and out of the house. Hope you have sunny skies soon!

  4. Your back yard looks like a retreat to me Gina...I would be parked there too, blanket over my knees and a cup of coffee in hand.

  6. What a beautiful deck and backyard you have to enjoy the glorious color changes in fall! Raking the leaves is a lot of work, but you can use the leaves in your garden! We always enjoy sitting out around the fire too when the nights are warm enough here to do it. We had our first snow last week, and now rain this week will most likely wash it away.... such is November!

    1. Marilyn, oh the first snow! The first snow is always a time to celebrate. No snow here so far but it is going to be in the 20's overnight. Maybe we will get lucky!?

    1. Kim, close to it! The leaves are gorgeous and then they fall down at it takes a lot of work to clean them up!
