A Little Peek of Me and More Seaside Decor

A little peek of me!  I decided to photobomb my seaside decor picture.  I'm au natural and a little bit of a mess but hello there nonetheless.

This is my entryway (without me).  The camper trailer birdhouse is sweet. I can't remember where I bought it.  The HOME sand dollar sign, seashell pillow, and large Sand, Sunshine, Mermaids sign I found at Joanns.  On either side of HOME are little ceramic sea creatures (a fish and sea star).

Another ceramic sand dollar and larger fish hang from some candle wall sconces near the front door.

I thought I'd add this PSI message for a few more days in case anyone missed it. I will try what Diane suggested and see if that works.

❁Word Verification/Recaptcha Images❁

I am having a terrible time trying to get comments verified on many of the blogs that I usually comment/visit. Am I the only one having this problem? It took me over twenty minutes of clicking road signs, cars, buses, or store fronts to get one comment to take on one particular blog. I ended up very frustrated and with a headache trying to get it to work.

❁If you don't see a comment from me, it may be because of the word verification option on your blog. ❁

  1. Love the photo bomb. I am thinking about fall, but not rushing summer out. I am hanging on for a while longer. Of course, I have some coastal stuff that stays out year round at my house.

  2. Hi Gina,
So nice to see a picture of your smiling face. About blog comments. Did you know that even if they have the captcha there, or a box to tick, it's frequently not necessary at all?

Your seaside decor is very pretty.

Oh my goodness...I have been gone all week, and imagine my surprise when I saw your beautiful package sitting on my table! I love it all...the cute garden cup, the little notebook (I love those so much!), and the darling napkins are just my colors; I will think of you every time I use them! Thank you so much...love you!

I love your adorable seaside decor! The camper birdhouse is my favorite, you know I love camping... :0) It all makes me feel like I have been to the beach...love it!

Have a wonderful week - you sure made mine a happy one!

  5. Your decorations look great, perfect for summer and I just love the bird houses the most, so fun and pretty!
Good to see you and your pretty smile :)
I too have come across a couple blogs that you have to click so many pictures and then they ask you to click on some more and it is just way too much to deal with, I have stopped going to them.

    1. Thank you Connie. I love all things nature especially birdhouses. I'm glad it isn't just me, Connie (about the comment thing). Per Diane's advice, I am trying to leave comments without ticking the box. I'm surprised it works!

But oh! the blessing it is to have a friend to whom one can speak fearlessly on any subject; with whom one's deepest as well as one's most foolish thoughts come out simply and safely. Oh, the comfort — the inexpressible comfort of feeling safe with a person — having neither to weigh thoughts nor measure words, but pouring them all right out, just as they are, chaff and grain together; certain that a faithful hand will take and sift them, keep what is worth keeping, and then with the breath of kindness blow the rest away. ~Dinah Maria Craik, A Life for a Life, "Chapter XVI: Her Story," 1859
